The Stroke Association. The Stroke Association promote our service because many stroke survivors need help when moving home , both physically and mentally. We are pleased to give a donation for all clients referred through them.

Age Concern Buckinghamshire - a Moving On Service to help the older people of Buckinghamshire move home.
- Age Concern Hillingdon Help you move home service
- Age Concern Oxfordshire City and County We work together to provide a Moving On Service to help the older people of Oxfordshire move home. A donation is given to Age Concern Oxfordshire for all clients within the county.
City of Westminster Assistance is offered to Westminster tenants to help them move easily. This service helps to free up larger homes which are then able to be used to help reduce overcrowding
